Vitamin A 800 mcg Softgels — full description

Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin found in liver, eggs and dairy, and made from beta-carotene in plants. One softgel provides 800 mcg retinol activity equivalent.

Warnings. Do not take if you are pregnant or may become pregnant: high intakes of vitamin A can harm an unborn baby. Do not combine with other supplements containing vitamin A or with liver products.

Good to know. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
