Terms of Sale

Last updated: 1 August 2026. These terms govern your purchase from this store. Nothing in them reduces any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

1. Who you are buying from

2. Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and completing checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example a product is out of stock, or we cannot lawfully ship it to your country — we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product pages in the store currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping is calculated and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you place it. Payment is taken by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

We dispatch within the timeframe stated on the Shipping & Payment page and send you tracking when the parcel leaves us. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays are outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Import duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duty, VAT or handling charges in the destination country. These are set by your customs authority, are not included in what you pay us, and are your responsibility. Some countries restrict the import of specific mushroom species or dietary supplements — please check your local rules before ordering.

6. Returns, cancellation and refunds

You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Write to info@herbalson.com to start a return; you pay the return postage unless the item was faulty or sent in error. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened or part-used food supplements back unless they are faulty. If an item is faulty or wrongly sent, we cover return shipping and refund in full. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

7. Product information and health claims

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition. Always read the label.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for defective products under applicable product liability law.
