Herbalson referral programme
Recommend Herbalson mushroom extracts: friends get 10% off their first order, and you get 10% of every purchase they make as bonuses. No time limit.

How rewards work
- 10% of the item total paid with money — after discounts, without shipping and without the part paid with bonuses.
- On every order of a customer you referred, with no time limit. A customer is linked to you after their first purchase through your link or code; a purchase through another partner’s link or code links them to that partner.
- A link click is remembered for 60 days. If someone clicked the links of several partners, the last one counts.
- The reward is credited when the order is delivered and becomes available after 14 days, the period for a possible return. Until then your account shows it as pending.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, its reward is cancelled or reduced. If the reward was already available, it is deducted from your balance; a negative balance is covered by future rewards.
Your friend’s discount
- 10% off the items in the first order placed with a referral link or code — one discount per customer.
- The discount doesn’t apply to subscription orders and doesn’t combine with other coupons or with paying by bonuses.
- You can’t use your own link or code, or place orders for yourself through other accounts or other people. An order doesn’t count if the customer and the partner are the same person, including a matching email or phone number.
Bonus balance
- Rewards are credited as bonuses: 1 bonus = $1. If you shop in euros, bonuses are shown and spent at the shop’s current exchange rate.
- Bonuses can pay for up to 50% of the item total in orders from $60.00. Shipping can’t be paid with bonuses.
- Bonuses don’t combine with coupons, including the referral discount: in one order you use either a coupon or bonuses.
- Bonuses can pay for part of a subscription order.
- If an order paid partly with bonuses is cancelled or refunded, the bonuses go back to your balance — in proportion for a partial refund.
- Bonuses are valid for 12 months from the day they become available; the ones expiring first are used first. We email you 30 days before bonuses expire, and your account shows the nearest expiry date.
- Bonuses are not money: they can’t be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. They are cancelled if the account is deleted.
- There is no cashback on your own purchases — bonuses come only from the purchases of customers you referred.
Sharing your link
- Share your link and code honestly and in line with the advertising and consumer protection laws of your country.
- When you post them publicly — on social media, blogs, channels, websites or in newsletters — say clearly that it is a referral link and that you get a reward, for example “#ad” or “referral link”.
- Herbalson products are food supplements, not medicines. Don’t claim that they prevent, treat or cure any disease, don’t promise results, and don’t use health claims that are not on our product pages.
- Not allowed: spam and messages to people who didn’t agree to receive them; search ads on the Herbalson name or similar terms; posting the code on coupon websites; presenting yourself as Herbalson or its representative.
Fair use
We may withhold or cancel rewards and suspend participation in case of orders through your own link (including via extra accounts or other people), fake orders or registrations, breaking the sharing rules, or other attempts to get rewards without bringing real customers. We will email you the reason, and you can reply within 10 days.
Changes, privacy and contact
We may change these rules or end the programme by announcing it on this page at least 15 days in advance. Changes don’t reduce bonuses already credited; if the programme ends, you can use your available bonuses during the notice period.
Customers you referred are shown in your account only by first name and the initial of their surname, with the order date and amount. Your balance and its history are in your account.
