Iron Bisglycinate 14 mg + Folic Acid Tablets — full description

Iron bisglycinate is a chelated form that is kinder to the stomach than ferrous sulphate. Each tablet provides 14 mg of iron together with 200 mcg of folic acid.

Warnings. WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Do not take iron supplements unless you know you need them; ask your doctor to check your iron levels.

Good to know. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
