The Double Extract Set puts four liquid double extracts in one box: Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi and Turkey Tail, 30 ml each, 120 ml in total. Each bottle holds 30 servings of 1 ml, so the set covers one month of a daily routine with all four.

What is in each box

Every bottle is made the same way: fruiting bodies grown on our own farm, extracted with hot water and then alcohol, the two fractions combined and the alcohol removed afterwards, so the finished extracts contain none. Water takes up the beta-glucans; alcohol takes up the compounds that water leaves behind. What differs is the mushroom and the compound class it is known for.

A day with all four

The set follows the way these mushrooms are traditionally scheduled. In the morning, 1 ml of Lion’s Mane and 1 ml of Cordyceps, in a glass of water, coffee or a smoothie. In the evening, 1 ml of Reishi, one to two hours before bed. Turkey Tail has no fixed slot: 1 ml with any meal. That makes 4 ml of liquid a day, all four bottles used at the same rate. Keep Cordyceps away from late evening, and keep opened bottles in the refrigerator, using them within 30 days.

The price per day

Who should be careful

Keep the bottle in the refrigerator after opening and use it within 30 days. The alcohol used in extraction is removed during production, so the extracts are alcohol-free. Do not take them during pregnancy or breastfeeding, give them to children, or use them if you are allergic to mushrooms. Questions people ask

Can I take all four on the same day?

Yes, there is no known conflict between them. Spreading them across the day, as above, is simply tidier than taking 4 ml at once.

How long does the set last?

Each bottle is 30 servings, so one month with every mushroom at 1 ml a day.

Is the set better than buying a single bottle?

Only if you want more than one. The bottles are identical to the single products, and the saving comes from buying four together.
