1. Who you are buying from

2. Placing an order
Choose your products, add them to the cart and go to checkout. Before you pay, the checkout shows the total price including delivery, and you can check and correct your details at any step. By clicking the order button you place a binding order with an obligation to pay. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
The contract is concluded in English. We store your order and send its details to you by email; you can also see your orders in your account. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example a product is out of stock, or we cannot lawfully ship it to your country — we will tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product pages in the store currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Shipping is calculated and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you place it. Where we show a reduced price, we also show the lowest price that applied in the 30 days before the reduction. Payment is taken by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
4. Delivery
We dispatch within the timeframe stated on the Shipping & Payment page and send you tracking when the parcel leaves us. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays are outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Import duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duty, VAT or handling charges in the destination country. These are set by your customs authority and are not included in what you pay us unless the checkout says otherwise. Some countries restrict the import of specific mushroom species or dietary supplements — please check your local rules before ordering.
6. Your right to cancel (right of withdrawal)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several items that are delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.
To cancel, tell us of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email to info@herbalson.com. You may use the model cancellation form in section 12, but you do not have to. You meet the deadline if you send your message before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation. If you cancel, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not the extra cost if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision. We refund using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us that you are cancelling. Write to us first and we will give you the return address. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exception for opened supplements. The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. Our food supplements are supplied with a seal; once you have opened the seal, you can no longer cancel for that item. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty.
7. Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, write to us within a reasonable time after you notice the problem, ideally with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including all delivery costs, and we pay for sending it back. Consumers in the EU have a legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery; these terms do not limit it.
8. Product information and health claims
Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Consult a healthcare professional before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition. Always read the label.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for defective products under applicable product liability law.

11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [country]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
